    During this time Guests will be required to use a cable box which
    is available in the office. There is no charge for the use of the
    box. Boxes can only be picked up between office hours and must be
    returned prior to checkout. A $35.00 fee will be applied after
    checkout for any boxes that are not returned. We apologize for any

    **Guests who paid the monthly rate and leave early up to 14 days after checking-in will have their monthly reservation fee converted to a weekly/daily rate with the balance, if any, refunded. No refunds after 14 days.

    Credit & Criminal Background Checks Required for Monthly Tenants (no cost to tenant).

    Site Rental and Cancellation Policy:

    • Reservations for a site may be taken by “walk-ins”, over the telephone,
      or online. If information is taken over the phone, a one night deposit
      is required. An application is required for guests desiring to stay one month or longer.
    • If information is taken over the phone, the first night deposit is required and any remaining balance is due upon arrival.
    • Guests who call to cancel reservation before forty-eight
      (48) hours of reservation date will be assessed an $8.00 cancellation fee
      with the difference between the cancellation fee and deposit refunded.
      Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of reservation date will result in
      cancellation fee equaling one day deposit made.
