Daily Rates*
*These rates apply for up to four (4) people. An additional $3.00 charge per person after four will apply up to a maximum occupancy of seven (7) people.
Weekly Rates*
*These rates apply for up to four (4) people. An additional $3.00 charge per person after four will apply up to a maximum occupancy of seven (7) people.
Please note a maximum of four (4) consecutive one week stays or 28 consecutive days are allowed at which time the guest must leave the park for a minimum of 24 hours and can choose to come back to stay again at a daily or weekly rate.
Short stays are less than 30 consecutive days
A maximum of four one week stays are allowed (28 days) or 28 individual days consecutively. Guest must leave the resort for 24 hours before returning.
2% Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians Transient Tax
CTSI Tribal Members receive 15% discount off rate. No other discounts apply.
For all stays less than 30 consecutive days, a 1.8% State of Oregon transient tax, 2% CTSI Tribal Tax and 9.5% City of Lincoln City Transient Tax shall apply. For stays of 30 consecutive days, a 2% CTSI Tribal Transient Tax and 9.5% City of Lincoln City Transient Tax shall apply. For stays more than 30 consecutive days, a 2% CTSI Tribal Transient Tax shall apply on the applicable rate. For all stays longer than 30 consecutive days there is a 2.0% CTSI tribal tax applied to the appropriate rate.
Confederated Tribe of Siletz Indians enrolled members with ID are eligible for 15% discount off regulary daily, weekly, and extended-stay rates.
Active or retired military veterans of the United States are eligible to receive at 15% discount on daily stays with presentation of applicable ID or other proof.
Other Tribal Members from Federally recognized Tribes, member of Good Sam, AAA, AARP and FCMA are eligible to receive a 10% discount for daily stays with presentation of applicable card.
All discounts only applicable to regular daily rates with the exception of enrolled CTSI Tribal Members.
Discounts cannot be combined and are subject to change without notice.
